Enigma, its a rice dish. Something similar to makboos/kebsa/bryani.

I didn't do the image Mbarak. I found it on a website and thought it looked nice and so decided to use it. :)
I think there is a font you can download that would give you the same resault.. I'll try to look for it and send it 2 you if I find it..
